How long delivery takes

We need 3–5 business days to process an order, then the parcel spends 8–12 business days in transit. Plan on 11–17 business days in total. Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT on a weekday start processing that day; orders placed after 6:00 PM MT, on a weekend or on a holiday start on the next business day.

What shipping costs

Every order pays a flat $7.95 for shipping. When your order reaches $60 after discounts are applied, shipping is free.

Where we deliver

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

P.O. Boxes

P.O. Box addresses are accepted. Because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, those orders go by USPS.

Where orders ship from

Kelvaris orders ship from our supplier’s warehouse outside the United States. We do not operate a U.S. warehouse or storefront. The U.S. address listed on our site receives returns only.

Duties and taxes

Import duties are already built into our prices, so nothing extra is collected when the parcel arrives. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking and problems in transit

You receive a tracking number by email once the parcel leaves the warehouse. If tracking stops updating, the parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing, email support@kelvaris.site with your order number and photos. We reply within 24 hours.

Changing or canceling an order

You can cancel within the first 24 hours after your order is placed. Email support@kelvaris.site with your order number. After 24 hours the order is already in processing, and you can use the return process once it arrives.
